JOANNA WASILEWSKA

Attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. The owner and manager of the legal team. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 1999 she completed traineeship at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She is well experienced in providing comprehensive legal assistance for business entities, as well as in litigation. She is a specialized consultant in the field of labor law and personal data protection law. She is Certified Data Protection Officer and a member of Association of Personal Data Protection Officers. Joanna advises and provides guidelines throughout restructuring processes. She speaks English, legal English included (certificate TOLES).

KATARZYNA SZWICHTENBERG-KOWALSKA

Attorney-at-law - graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin and the English philology at the English Teaching Training College in Koszalin. In the years 2013-2015 she completed traineeship at the Szczecin Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law. Since 2016, Attorney-at-law, member of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law in Szczecin. She specializes in commercial insurance law. She has professional experience in providing comprehensive legal assistance for business entities, in litigation, commercial law, civil law and labor law. She speaks English fluently and has a certified knowledge of legal English.

JERZY MUSZYŃSKI

Trainee attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. He graduated with the Bachelor's and Master's degree in Administration from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In addition, he graduated with Master's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Along the years of training and education he has gained substantial experience in the administrative law, immigration law in particular. Jerzy specializes in numerous legal fields such as labor, civil and new technology law. He is fluent in English, legal English included (TOLES) and has a very good command of Italian (level B2).
