 We have been on the legal services market since 2003. Our Clients include both large international corporations as well as medium and small domestic enterprises.  Our Client’s satisfaction is primarily due to understanding their business needs and our ability to successfully combine business and legal solutions.  Our actions are oriented towards Clients’ interests and responsibility, integrity and the highest ethical standards. We cooperate with notaries, bailiffs, patent attorneys, translators and law firms in other Polish cities.  We provide legal assistance in English. Our priority is Customer satisfaction with the quality of services received.  

JOANNA WASILEWSKA

Attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. The owner and manager of the legal team. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 1999 she completed traineeship at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.  She is well experienced in providing comprehensive legal assistance for business entities, as well as in litigation. She is a specialized consultant in the field of labor law and personal data protection law. She is Certified Data Protection Officer. Joanna advises and provides guidelines throughout restructuring processes. She speaks English,  legal English included (certificate TOLES).

Wojciech Szyda

Attorney-at-law  – graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He completed his traineeship at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law with a professional exam in 2004. He has extensive experience in providing legal help in the field of civil law and in conducting civil litigation. He specializes in copyright law, real estate law, housing law, commercial contract law, and personal data protection law. He is fluent in English and has completed the Legal English Expert course. He is also a graduate of the postgraduate program “Data Protection Inspector” at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.
